Upon requesting QC from your purchasing agent (e.g., Pandabuy, Sugargoo, CSSBuy), you will receive a set of photos. These typically include overview shots, detailed views of labels/logos, materials, and any potential flaws.
Do not rely solely on the agent's temporary link. Permanently upload the images to a reliable cloud service (like Google Drive, Imgur, or Discord CDN). Create a clear folder structure, such as USFANS_Order/[Order Date]_[Item Name].
In your shared master spreadsheet (e.g., Google Sheets), locate the row for the specific item. Fill in the following columns:
